L 'speech will focus on the definition of sexual abuse from a legal point of view than other disciplines, and in particular the definition of sexual violence on minors, with the consequences to be determined in terms of prediction rules.
During exposure will discuss briefly the evolution of criminal protection against sexual violence by the codes pre-unification to the present, and, therefore, the self-importance that has only recently gained the sexual freedom in our legal system as well as the 1996 reform has had , along with calls from the UN Committee, after the ratification of the Convention on the Rights of the Child on the protection of minors in relation to this type of crime. It will conclude with the exposure of individual types of crimes of sexual violence (his) sexual acts with a minor (improper sexual violence), corruption of minors, sexual assault group, with a brief reference also to offenses of sexual exploitation of minors and child pornography.
